Good news and another travelogue from Andrew!  He called from the middle of the Atlantic this morning and got me to book a flight back for Friday December 16th, just in time for our holiday house warming (if you're in town please join us!).

Other then that it's been a full couple of weeks with a trip to San Francisco this past weekend to get the ball rolling on official Burning Man planning. The theme will be Hope and Fear and the man is going to be lowering and raising into his base depending on how participants interact with some art projects. Crazy.

Many of you will know that our lives have taken some momentous turns this past month and a half, and all because of three emails! Andrew has left his work at the hospital for the time being and is currently sailing the high seas. I'm now working full time for Artez, a great tech company that works to develop software platforms that enhance non profits fundraising ventures.

I have just created a photo album from the photos that Andrew has sent me on his journey that has him taking 7 weeks to travel from Gaeta Italy to the British Virgin Islands via Gibralter and the Canary Islands. However it would seem that the ocean is not cooperating and they have now had to detour to the Cape Verde islands off the coast of Africa to avoid a rather nasty storm after being bounced around for almost a week in multi directional wind that would just stop and start randomly, pouring rain and heaving seas. They're going dry out, clean up and head out again in a few days hoping to make the potentially 21 days Atlantic crossing in less time if the winds stay strong.

You can read Andrew's two travel updates here. And if you check back within the next week I should have my Burning Man 2005 photos up as well as photos frommy trip to NY last weekend with Juice and Lil' Jen.

Hope all is well with you! Call, I'd love to chat...

hugs,
